{"id":104,"date":"2022-04-05T14:18:20","date_gmt":"2022-04-05T07:18:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/summercamp.aesthetictalks.com\/?page_id=104"},"modified":"2026-04-01T18:19:04","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T11:19:04","slug":"sph-camp-terms-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sph.edu\/summer\/sph-camp-terms-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"SPH Camp Terms &amp; Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>SPH Summer 2026 Terms &amp; Policy<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Medical Attention &amp; Health Protocols:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There will be a doctor\/nurse on call during the summer camp.<\/li>\n<li>In case of an accident\/medical emergency, the doctor\/nurse will assess the student\u2019s condition, give first-aid treatments when necessary and determine if further action is required. If necessary, the student will be transported to the nearest hospital for appropriate medical care. Parents will be informed, and all related medical expenses will be the responsibility of the parents or legal guardians. Parents will not charge any party accountable if an accident\/medical emergency happens.<\/li>\n<li>Students with unhealthy symptoms (fever above 37.3, cold &amp; cough) might be sent home, at the discretion of SPH Summer Campus Principal\/Coordinator. Parents will be notified by the Summer Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Sick students will be asked to stay home to prevent the spread of illness to others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Outsourced Camp Leaders<\/strong><br \/>\nSPH Summer contracts with organizations that are independent partners (not employees of SPH) to provide some of the services, and to conduct some of the activity participants may engage in. SPH has made efforts to locate responsible partners, however SPH can\u2019t fully control these partners and is not legally liable for their conduct. The camp leaders will undergo SPH Child Protection Training and Certification prior to SPH Summer 2026 commencement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Media Release<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SPH uses images, video and sound of children and staff participating as a way of documenting the experiences they have while learning, exploring, and playing during the programs.<\/li>\n<li>In consideration of the above, parents will consent to SPH (1) photographing and videotaping child participant, and (2) using images and sounds of child participant in SPH\u2019s media publication including social media.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All payments are final and non-refundable, except under the following special conditions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A 90% refund by transfer will be considered in the event of the student\u2019s failure to attend the entire camp due to illness, injury, or medical conditions. A medical\/doctor\u2019s certificate must be provided as proof. No refund will be given if a student has already attended the camp but is unable to complete it.<\/li>\n<li>A full refund by transfer will be considered in the event of the student\u2019s failure to attend the camp due to a death in the immediate family (including grandparents).<\/li>\n<li>A full refund by transfer will be given if SPH cancels the camp due to an insufficient number of participants or the unavailability of instructors.<\/li>\n<li>No refunds will be given for camp closures due to national or natural disasters.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Parental Consent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By agreeing to SPH Summer 2026 terms &amp; policy, parents will accept and follow all rules and conditions of Sekolah Pelita Harapan and SPH Summer 2026.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SPH Summer 2026 Terms &amp; Policy Medical Attention &amp; Health Protocols: There will be a doctor\/nurse on call during the summer camp.
