Through this summer program, children are invited to explore the world of baking through a program where food science, creativity, and discovery come together.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Designed for young learners, the Smart Bakery Project encourages curiosity and confidence through hands-on experiments, sensory activities, and collaborative challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the program, students will learn about food science and technology, visit a professional bakery, and experience the process of developing their own product from testing recipes to creating branding and pricing ideas. Guided by the Emmerich Invention\u2019s team of scientists, children gain early exposure to STEM concepts in a practical and engaging way.<\/p>\n<p>The program concludes with The Great SPH Bake Off &amp; Project Showcase, where students present their creations to parents.
