In every session, students become \u201cFood Scientists of the Day,\u201d investigating how physics and biology work together in the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>Through guided experiments with textures, colors, and reactions, your child sees how simple ingredients transform through science, building curiosity, creativity, and a deeper appreciation for the world around them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s Cooking in the Lab?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Day 1: The Magic of Transformation<\/strong><br \/>\nYour child will explore how ingredients change in surprising ways, turning juice into \u201cPopping Boba\u201d and making instant ice cream using salt and milk. Along the way, they\u2019ll discover how simple molecular changes create the textures and flavors they love.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Day 2: A Spectrum of Flavor<\/strong><br \/>\nYour child will investigate where colors come from and why they change. They will also get the chance to create M&amp;M rainbows and extract natural pigments, uncovering the science behind every shade.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Day 3: The Master Chef Scientist<\/strong><br \/>\nTime to create and experiment!
