Wondering how to make this summer both fun and meaningful for your child?
At SPH Sentul City, the Junior School Summer Program invites your child to become a “Climate Pirate” exploring nature, caring for the Earth, and discovering how small actions can make a big difference.
Your child will learn about clean water, recycling, protecting animals, and caring for plants through hands-on experiments, creative art projects, and outdoor adventures. Each activity sparks curiosity while helping your child understand practical ways to care for the planet.
The week concludes with a Mini Exhibition, where your child proudly presents projects and shares new discoveries with friends and family, building confidence, responsibility, and a growing love for the Earth.

Meet Our Instructors
Melinda F. Silaban, M.Pd. SPH Teacher
My name is Melinda Silaban. I have been teaching at SPH for 23 years, and I truly enjoy working with students in both the Primary and Kindy levels. Previously, I served as a PYP Co‑Coordinator, and I am currently the Bible Subject Leader. I also love exploring nature—especially hiking and mountain climbing! I always enjoy being part of the Summer Program each year, where I get to meet new students from many different schools. It is both a challenge and a blessing.
This year, our theme for the Junior School Summer Program is Pirate Climate, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be one of the Summer Program Teachers at SPH Sentul City. I look forward to a joyful season of learning where children can explore God’s creation, grow in character, and enjoy meaningful, hands-on activities together.

Hi! I’m Fany Oktavia. I have been teaching at SPH Junior School for more than 15 years. I enjoy working with young learners and am passionate about nurturing children’s academic, social, and spiritual growth in a meaningful learning environment. I am currently a K3 teacher and also teach Grade 4 Math.
