SPH Teacher Recruitment Trip to the United States

To ensure each child receives the care and support needed to grow holistically, SPH pays close attention in maintaining an effective learning environment. One of them is by keeping the teacher-student ratio at a healthy rate. Thus, almost every year SPH seeks out 40 new teachers. In order to carry out the vision and mission that is grounded in Reformed theology, we put our best effort in searching for teachers who are aligned with SPH’s vision and values.

SPH recruits qualified teachers from mostly Christian universities from around the world by attending conferences and recruitment fairs. SPH also builds partnerships with Christian universities in the United States. Among its partner universities, this year, SPH leadership and recruitment team visited Cairn University, Geneva College, Calvin University, Trinity Christian College, Moody Bible Institute, Wheaton College, Dordt University, Samford University, Covenant College, and Baylor University. The visit aims to look for future SPH teachers who are passionate in raising a generation of God-fearing leaders.
