Jason Theophilus

What draws me to the field of education is the desire to see students lead fulfilling lives as they discover the purpose God has in store for them. In my current role as a Middle School Associate Principal, I am driven by the belief that even the most influential adults were once middle school students exploring their passions, curiosities, and lifelong goals. Seeing how these students identify themselves as future members of society is incredibly rewarding, making the instillation of strong character a non-negotiable, essential component of our program. With 10 years of experience in education—including 7 years here at SPH—I am passionate about fostering an environment where we push students to reach their full potential, developing them into curious, passionate, and upright individuals.

My vision is for SPH Middle School to be a vibrant learning community that cultivates each individual for lives of significant impact and transformational service, all for God’s glory. By thoughtfully integrating technology to enhance learning and personal growth, I aspire to create a "second home" for our students and their families where individual potential is prioritized. Ultimately, I hope to empower our students to excel academically and personally, preparing them to make a lasting, positive impact in their communities and beyond.
