Starting Your Application
Step 1
Create Your Account & Complete the Application Form
Begin your application by creating an account on our Application Portal. One account is all you need for your family. Simply select your preferred campus to get started and fill out the digital form with you and your child’s details—it’s quick and easy!
Step 2
Upload Required Documents
Scan and upload all required documents for your child’s application. Don’t worry, our portal will guide you through the process. Below is the list of documents you’ll need to prepare*:
Birth certificate
Passports
Family card (Indonesian applicants)
KITAS (International applicants)
Report card from the past 3 years of studies
*all documents must be formally scanned in color
Step 3
Pay the Application Fee
Visit our Fees page for details, then complete this step to move forward.
Step 4
Schedule Tests and Interviews
Our Admissions counselor will contact you to discuss the best arrangements for your child’s test, observation, and interview schedules. For details about what the test covers or more questions, please contact our Admissions Counselor.
For upcoming Kindergarten students, an observation with our Kindergarten teachers is required.
For upcoming Grade 1-11 students, an interview with a specific grade-level principal is required. This interview will be held on the same day as the tests and might include parents as well.
Step 5
Receive Your Results
Sit tight—we’ll send your child’s results via email within 5–7 working days or more if they join a collective test.
School Tour & Consultation
We welcome you and your family to visit our campus anytime Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3 PM. When you book a visit, our Admissions Counselor will arrange a convenient time for a personalized tour and consultation. During your visit, we’ll walk you through our programs, the application process, and everything you need to know about SPH.
