Honoring God Through Active Living

Our Sports and Physical Education (PE) program supports the holistic development of students physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually. Rooted in a Biblical worldview, we guide students to honor God with their bodies (1 Corinthians 6:19–20), pursue excellence, and reflect Christlike character through sport and physical activity.

Celebrating Athletic Excellence
and Character

At SPH, we believe every student shines in their own unique way beyond the classroom.

At the Applied Science Academy (ASA), students are immersed in research-based learning within authentic research environments.

We are committed to nurturing their physical discipline and athletic potential through a curriculum integrated with expert guidance from our Physical Education (PE) Department.

Each year, we take pride in honoring our students’ athletic journeys through our annual Sports Awards. This event serves as a platform to celebrate the talent, dedication, improvement, and passion our students bring to diverse sports—such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, badminton, and track & field—as they compete to glorify God. We are immensely proud of every student who steps onto the field, court, or track, as these awards reflect our deep commitment to recognizing the outstanding growth and service they demonstrate throughout the year.

Building Community Through Sport

The true heart of sports at SPH beats in the daily joy of the process. We believe that every student—regardless of skill level—is an athlete in the making, and we provide a vibrant calendar of events to foster growth, perseverance, and camaraderie throughout the year. From campus-wide festivals and friendly rivalries to competitive tournaments, these gatherings serve as a platform for our students to collaborate, build character, and simply enjoy the thrill of the game.

Every Talent Has a Place

We believe every creative spark matters and that artistic growth is a journey worth celebrating. Across our campuses, the arts go beyond technical skill; we emphasize expression, curiosity, and the joy of the creative process.

Local Leagues and
Global Associations

We believe in providing our student-athletes with diverse platforms to challenge themselves, foster sportsmanship, and grow in their faith. Our athletics program extends beyond campus borders, engaging in a range of competitive leagues that connect our students with peer athletes on both local and international stages.

We are a proud member of the Asia Christian Schools Conference (ACSC), an international network bringing together seven international Christian schools from across Asia to compete in volleyball, basketball, soccer, and track and field, helping students develop athletic excellence and lasting friendships.

Furthermore, we are deeply committed to our local sporting community through active participation in prominent leagues such as the Jakarta Athletics Association Conference (JAAC) and the Bogor Schools Sports League (BSSL), which allow our student athletes to hone their skills and build sportsmanship through consistent, high-level competition. Through these varied associations, our students transform into well-rounded athletes who are prepared to compete with integrity and purpose, no matter the arena.
