SPH Lippo Village Student Wins Second Place at MEC 2025 in Tokyo

Sharon Jessie Suherman, a Grade 11 student at SPH Lippo Village, achieved an outstanding international milestone by securing Second Place in the "New Venture Launch" category at the Model Entrepreneur Competition (MEC) 2025. Held in Tokyo, Japan, this prestigious global event is founded by Columbia Business School’s Venture for All® and the IEG Global Association. Sharon and her team stood out among aspiring young entrepreneurs from around the world, navigating a rigorous process of developing, validating, and pitching innovative business models to a panel of industry experts. 

This achievement highlights the high level of critical thinking and leadership cultivated within the SPH Lippo Village community. By presenting a feasible and forward-thinking venture, Sharon demonstrated exceptional skill in business planning and strategic communication.
